Having outgrown his current offices, pharmacist Chris Shulte contacted our firm to provide the architectural design, services and renovation of a vacant tire store.

After gathering data on the specific requirements  of an apothecary facility, the firm was able to implement the highly specialized compounding lab and offices into the existing site and structure.  

This project won both the 2010 Award of Excellence from the Northwest Florida Chapter of the AIA, and the 2009 Development of the Year from the NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association).
